What do theater work, military service, and nonprofit leadership have in common? Answer: Bringing together teams of diverse individuals on astoundingly tight budgets to accomplish BIG GOALS! These are the unexpected yet oh-so-similar stomping grounds where I developed the personal values that drive my professional ambitions and interests.

I love building efficient systems and organizations and learning the ins and outs of new industries. I even chose to earn not one but TWO business degrees… for fun! I completed my Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a major in Marketing at McMurry University in Abilene, Texas in 2011 and am currently earning my Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship & Innovation from the Haslam School of Business at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville. Go Vols!

But, more than anything, I receive the MOST personal satisfaction from seeing individuals grow in their confidence and knowledge and from helping teams triumph in their mission. My passion is helping you to thrive in yours!
